e-hrm is one of the granules of module Support programmes within the programme solutions e-city and e-municipality. It represents the solution intended for all local self-government units. The main objective of e-hrm is to facilitate and enhance the process of human resources management in local self-government unit. e-hrm enables facilitated management of individual employee data, his education tracking and absence monitoring.
e-hrm is programme solution intended also for independent functioning and adjustment of individual client. This programme solution is, in its independent form, in compliance with the Labour Law and as such it meets the needs of an organization. As independent module, this solution is consisted of three parts: employees, internal academy and matrix of competencies. Granule employees is the basic granule that contains all the information related to individual employee – from basic information, formal education, education and development, his rights and absences. Granule internal academy is consisted of two parts: internal education and CV database. Internal education is formed in order to enable monitoring, organizing, planning and recording all the internal education implemented within the organization. CV database consists of information on people that applied to job openings. Matrix of competencies is consisted of the list of competencies required for specific work position. It enables monitoring of employee's progress, his knowledge and skills.
