Managerial reports
Managerial Reports are a special type of reports through which managers and owners gain important information about the company´s operations. Reports on simple and transparent way provide information on profitability, liquidity, efficiency, indebtedness and other relevant indicators of business, and as such are the basis for analyzing company operations in total and/or by individual profit centers.
Reports enable continuous monitoring and comparison with the previous periods and thereby subserve as support in making business decisions. An additional advantage of the Managerial Reports is the possibility of adaptation and creation according to the needs of management and owners.
