Strategic documents and programs

Strategic documents and programmes are reffered to solutions, programmes, tools and documents which are necessary for development of each local self-government unit. Development management directed towards increasing the quality of life of the population results from the strategic orientation of the local self-government units that defines the vision of local development and strategic objectives. Strategic and operational plans are developed with the participatory method with the expert support of the multi-disciplinary teams of the MICRO projekt.

Uniqueness of services of the MICRO projekt is reffering to the fact that MICRO projekt is the only company that provides to clients solutions for the development management in terms of e-municipality and e-city that enable enforcement of the strategy, and daily monitoring of its implemenation.

e-municipality and e-city are the programme solutions intended for management development of the local self-government units based on the unique appliance of high technologies, experiences and best practises in development of the cities and municipalities. This solutions are intended for all those responsible for development of local self-government units, i.e. mayors, head of municipalities, principals, administrators and other departments in the local self-government units.

Strategic Development Programme is the basic strategic document that defines optimal development directions of local area taking into consideration characteristics, advantages and limitations of the observed area and its surroundings. Strategic Development Programme (SDP) allows local self-government units the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of economic development, in a period of 5 years, it provides potential investors with the insight into the strategy of community in which they want to invest in, while for the donors, it represents the basic documents for making decisions about distribution of grants.

Development map is the document which is based on already developed Strategic Development Programme of the local self-governement unit and on development strategy given in the Regional Operational Programme. Development map includes all projects necessary for the achievement of goals and strategies, and in one place elaborate requirements of their implementation, the benefit for target groups, time period and expected costs, methods of evaluation and monitoring of evaluation results.
