One of the strategic priorities of MICRO grupa is continuous investment in knowledge and development of employees. Therefore, it has been formed Internal academy MGA – MICRO grupa Academy. The goal of MGA is to recognize and evaluate necessary consultancy knowledge throughout the unique Matrix of competencies and therefore identify programmes of development and education of each individual employee. In that way, educational programmes of internal and external type are created and throughout them employees of MICRO grupa develop their knowledge and skills in order to be able to meet the requirements of present market operations.
Academy organizes and implements quality trainings, workshops and seminars and enables transfer of experiences and information among employees from all member companies of MICRO grupa. Programmes are focused on concrete business challenges and daily practice.
The concept Knowledge management is actively practiced throughout various systems and tools. Special consideration has been given to developed system of internal lecturers that have the task of widening existing and new knowledge within the MICRO grupa member companies, upon their identifying outside the system.
